Therapeutic Massage
Enjoy traditional massage with techniques to fit your individual needs for complete relaxation and therapy.
One Hour $70.00. Half Hour $40.
Prenatal
Allow massage to soothe tired achy muscles due to the pressure pregnancy puts on the body. Stretching and range of motion excerises will also be used to set stagnate muscles in flow to allow release of low and upper back tension.

Sports
Have a big marathon or other sporting event coming up? Allow massage to stretch muscles to help aid in reduction of muscle cramps, increase circulation, and motivate and prepare muscles to perform optimally. This is a fast paced, superficial massage to prevent muscle soreness before the big event.

Myofascial
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without the use of oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. This may be needed as a result of past or present injury and chronic muscle tension.

Deep Tissue
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With my Deep Tissue Massage treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a licensed Massage Therapy Practitioner, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body's ability to drain fluids, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, and maintain a healthy immune system. If lymph circulation stagnates, toxins accumulate and cellular functioning is compromised, opening the way to numerous physical ailments. Proper draining only requires light touch to lymphatic pathways to move lymph along.

Abhyanga
Coupled with Swedish massage Abhyanga is an ancient Indian massage technique.  Oil is heavy applied with half body draping to create fluidity and rapid movement for maximum circulation.

Scar Tissue Regeneration
Gentle yet deep pressure applied to scar tissue to aid in the removal of toxins (waste in the body) and also to move lymph fluids to correct and flow properly for an increase in range of motion to the area.

Cellulite Liberation
If you are tired of the puckered and dimpled appearance of cellulite, this may be for you.  Fast paced movements working directly on cellulite to move deposits of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue out of the body.  Plenty of water is important to ingest before and after service to rid the fats and other toxins properly.
